Who we are

Althorn Pty Ltd (ACN 701 713 448), a Brisbane-based company that sets up private AI systems for businesses and individuals. You can reach us at [email protected].

What we collect

If you fill out our contact form, we collect what you type in: your name, email address, and message, plus your business name and industry if you're enquiring for a business. If you email or call us directly, we keep that correspondence. That's it. We don't buy data about you, we don't track you around the internet, and we don't build profiles.

How the contact form works

This website is static. It has no database and stores nothing itself. When you submit the contact form, your message is passed through Web3Forms, a form delivery service, which forwards it to our email inbox. Web3Forms states that it does not store form submissions after delivery. You can read their privacy policy. If you'd rather skip the middleman entirely, email us directly at [email protected].

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page visits. It's a privacy-first tool: no cookies, no fingerprinting, no tracking you across sites, and no personal information collected. We see aggregate numbers like "how many people visited the services page", nothing about you individually.

Cookies and third parties

We set no cookies. The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests those font files from Google's servers when the page loads. Beyond that and the two services named above, no third party is involved in this website.

What we do with your information

We use your contact details to reply to you. That's the whole list. We don't sell your information, share it with advertisers, or add you to a marketing list without asking you first.

How we store it

Correspondence lives in our business email, hosted with an end-to-end encrypted provider. Access is limited to the company's directors.

Client work

If you become a client, the systems we build run on your hardware, on your premises. Your documents and data stay with you. We don't take copies of client data off-site, and anything we handle during setup or support is covered by the agreement we sign with you.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we'll sort it out, usually within a few days. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date below.
